Konmask is a pure catalog and RFQ supplier for industrial automation spare parts. Shipping arrangements are confirmed after availability, condition, destination, and delivery requirements are reviewed by our team.

RFQ and Order Confirmation

Products shown on this website are for sourcing and quotation display. A shipment is arranged only after both parties confirm the quotation, product condition, lead time, shipping method, and payment terms by email or other written communication.

Processing Time

Stock items are usually prepared within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Non-stock, surplus, refurbished, or special sourcing items may require additional lead time, which will be stated in the quotation.

Shipping Methods

  • Express courier options such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, or equivalent carriers may be used depending on destination and product type.
  • Freight or special handling can be arranged for oversized, heavy, fragile, or high-value industrial parts.
  • Tracking details are provided when the shipment is released by the carrier.

Delivery Responsibility

Estimated delivery time depends on carrier service, customs clearance, destination country, and local delivery conditions. Konmask is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, weather, carrier disruption, incorrect delivery details, or import restrictions.

Customs, Duties, and Import Rules

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and local compliance requirements in the destination country. Please confirm any restricted product or documentation needs before shipment.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect the package promptly after delivery. If damage, shortage, or obvious handling issues are found, keep the packaging, take photos, and contact Konmask as soon as possible so we can assist with carrier documentation.
